Without further ado, let’s dive into where to go for Happy Hour in Harlem! 

$5+ Happy Hour Deals

1. Santiago’s Beer Garden ($5 Drinks)

All drinks at Santiago’s are $5 during Power Hour from 4-5pm on weekdays!

Plus, enjoy $6 craft beers, $6 shots, $7 wines, and $9-11 cocktails during Happy Hour at Santiago’s lively and covered outdoor beer garden.

  • Power Hour: Mon-Fri 4-5pm
  • Happy Hour: Mon all day, Tue-Thu 12-8pm, Fri 4-7pm
  • Where: E 120 St and 1 Av (East Harlem)

2. Vinateria ($5 Beers, $10 Cocktails)

There’s plenty of bite deals during happy hour at this Italian and Spanish restaurant. My favorite dishes for happy hour are the $8 croquettes, $10 macaroni and $1.75 Massachusetts oysters.

Beers are $5-6, wines are $9-10, and cocktails like the Thyme Of Your Life are $10.

Plus, there’s a weekend happy hour waiting for ya. All this, in a clean cut and classy setting.

  • When: Mon-Fri 5-7pm, Sat-Sun 4-7pm
  • Where: Between W 119 St and Frederick Douglass Blvd (Central Harlem)

3. At the Wallace ($1 Wings & $5 Shots)

Wings are $1 and shots are just $5 at this nostalgic brick-walled dive bar with retro pinball machines (25¢ to play). The sister bars Harlem Public, just next door.

  • Where: W 149 St and Broadway (Central Harlem)

4. Harlem Public ($7 Cocktails)

Harlem Public’s impressive range of draft beers are $1 off, plus there’s a $7 cocktail that changes daily at this neighborhood bar with delicious food (try the burgers!).

  • When: Mon-Fri 11am-7pm
  • Where: W 149 St and Broadway (West Harlem)

5. Harlem Tavern ($7 Cocktails)

Cocktails are $7 and beers are $1 off at this spacious tavern with lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

  • Where: W 116 St and Frederick Douglass Blvd (Central Harlem)

6. The Fox ($8 Mixed Drinks)

There’s $7 beers, $7 wines, $8 mixed drinks (made from vodka, gin, rum, tequila and whiskey) and selection cocktails are $10 at this no-frills sports bar. There’s several bite options too, like the $6 mozzarella sticks and $8 wings.

  • When: Mon-Fri 3-7pm
  • Where: W 120 St and Frederick Douglass Blvd (Central Harlem)

7. Barawine ($9 Frozen Drinks & Wine)

$9 will get you frozen drinks and wine at this charming wine bar and restaurant. You might consider staying longer, since there’s a DJ from 8pm onward on Friday and Saturday nights.

  • When: Mon-Fri 4-8pm
  • Where: W 120 St and Malcolm X Blvd (Central Harlem)

8. Corner Social ($10 Cocktails)

Cocktails like the Social Mint (cognac, guava, lemon and mint) go for $10, wines for $8, and beers for $7 at this bar known for its DJ events.

  • Where: W 126 St and Malcolm X Blvd (Central Harlem)

9. The Honey Well ($11 Cocktails)

Cocktails are $11 and dips and skewers are $2 off at this cozy 70s-style cocktail bar with a cute backyard.

  • When: Everyday from 4-6pm
  • Where: Between W 148 St & 149 St on Broadway (West Harlem)
